Mishelle Hancock, Owner-operator
Mishelle is a Claremore native. She has always been involved with animals whether it was summers and school vacations running around the family farm in Holdenville, OK or breeding her own sheep for an FFA project all the way up to owning her own dog/cat grooming salon since 2000. She married Randy Hancock who has resided in Claremore all his life, and together, they have built Tails-A-Wagn’ into the success that it is today. That success can be attributed to their love of dogs and cats and their desire to care for them. Education is very important to Mishelle, and she believes that you can always better yourself in all aspects of your life. That is why all staff that works at Tail-A-Wagn’ Multi Service Pet Care undergoes extensive training and attends continuing education seminars whenever possible. Certification of staff is also highly encouraged and rewarded and is a must for those working in the salon. Community is also very important to Mishelle, and she strives to be active in Rogers County. She is involved in the Chamber of Commerce and sits on the planning board for some local committees.
“I love the people here and believe that together this community sets a standard for others around Oklahoma.”

She has a boxer/great dane mix named Riddick and a cat named Oreo.
